- Refunds can take up to 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your bank account depending on your bank.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- The product with no unboxing video
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Conditions of return:
The product can only be accepted if the product is damaged or cracked,
