• Contact me within 7 days of delivery
• Ship items back within 14 days of delivery
• Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase
• Refunds can take up to 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your bank account depending on your bank.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
•  The product with no unboxing video
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items

Conditions of return:

The product can only be accepted if the product is damaged or cracked,

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

EXCHANGES:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or whats app us with with order id.
